I take great joy in welcoming you to the Saint Dominic School website. Saint Dominic School is a Pre-kindergarten through fifth grade school within the Catholic school network of the Archdiocese of Hartford. Our campus-style school is located on approximately
8 acres of beautiful grounds of the Church of Saint Dominic.
Saint Dominic School offers a faith-filled academic program to its students. We have worked diligently to define our mission, uniqueness, and identity as a safe, care-filled, disciplined, academic environment which is becoming a focus for a quality Catholic education for families in the greater Southington community.
The faculty and staff provide a community where strong academic programs are guided by Catholic faith, values, and Catholic social teachings. Our parents work in partnership with the teachers to create a safe and caring environment, where students are treated with respect by all members of the community. Working together, we both nurture and challenge our students to become leaders and role models within their Church, community and family. Our graduates, firmly grounded in their faith, return year after year and give us positive feedback about the preparation for middle school they received at Saint Dominic School.
I believe that Saint Dominic School is a school that is on its way to becoming one of the “best schools in the Archdiocese of Hartford”. We look forward to your visit to our school. I am sure that our school will impress you. The students and their families, faculty and staff live our mission on a daily basis. As a school family, we provide our students with a Catholic education, an “Education for a Lifetime.” We welcome you to join our Saint Dominic School family.
